These
rolls are designed and built to pre-bend and roll in one pass at
rates up to two and even three completely rolled products per
minute small-diameter tubes and pipes, cylinders like those used
in water heaters, air, gas and other tanks, fire extinguishers,
round containers and other cylinders of all types and for all
uses, and segments of cylinders, and even economically
small-quantity runs because of the ease of changing from rolling
one product to another.
Set-up and programming are easily and quickly accomplished in a
"teach-in" mode, then to the production mode. If needed, The
data can be recorded and then used for subsequent runs of each
product.
Machines are delivered ready to run and
produce after easy connections to the power source. The only
options available are those which can automate feed of the
material and ejection of the finished product, any of which can
be ordered individually.
With the addition of a combination of
those features, the machines become fully automated
manufacturing cells.
More than sixty models are available,
ranging in capacity from 20" x up to 16 ga. to 80" x up to 1/4"
to rolling diameters as small as 3.1" and larger. Modifications
are available for other requirements.
All models are
suitable for bending stainless steel, aluminum and other metals.
