BOX & PAN BRAKES

HYDRAULICALLY POWERED

Because of their versatility and low cost, these machines can be the ideal choice for companies that need bending capabilities but do not need or cannot afford or justify a high-cost folding machine or press brake. All box and pan brakes can be converted to leaf brake operation with the addition of optional one-piece nose bar; and leaf brakes can be converted to box and pan operation with the addition of optional fingers.


A 10-bend electronic control with storage and recall of 99 programs
is optional on all FH models and is standard on FHRA models.

All "FHRA" models are equipped with hydraulic clamping, hydraulic bending, rapid adjustment for material thickness and electronic 10-band angle control.

All "L" models are equipped with hydraulic clamping and hydraulic bending and angle-preset control.

A 10-position electronic backgauge to work in conjunction with the 10-bend angle control is optional on all FH and FHRA models. With the addition of both controls, the machines can function very much like a former or in many cases, more efficiently and effectively than a press brake.

Optional equipment for all models: electronic 10-band angle control for programming up to 10 bend angles and storing and recalling up to 99 jobs (standard on FHRA models). Electronic 10-position peak gauge to work in conjunction with the 10-band angle control. Some models are available with up to 21' bending lengths.

All models are suitable for bending mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metals.
