COLE-TUVE 4-roll plate rolls are more advanced because they are more precise, productive, versatile, faster, safer and easier to operate since they are less dependent on operator competence. They are ideal for rolling metal plate from 16 gauge steel all the way up to up to 3-3/8 inch material. The fastest and most accurate bends are made on our 4-roll plate rolls. The plate is held securely in place between the top and bottom induction hardened rolls while the side rolls move vertically to create an accurate bend easily, intuitively and quickly.  4-Roll plate rolls create a greater ROI with efficiency and time savings!
